Conditions
The present general conditions apply to all orders submitted to the site shop.majeruslucie.eu. By confirming your order and the terms you agree to have taken into account and accepted them entirely. The site shop.majeruslucie.eu reserves the right to change the present conditions at any moment. The applicable terms are always the ones published at the moment of the order.
Shipping
Shipping is either handled by POST Luxembourg or DHL Express Easy if you desire to get your products quicker. Orders are usually sent out within 1-3 business days for non-commissioned items.

Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery. Customs can delay a shipment and therefore transit times alone do not accurately represent the time between sending and reception.
Cooling-off
In accordance to EU regulation you can cancel your order and send back your product within 14 days of shipping for a full return of the products price (excluding shipping) without any specific reason. The price will be reimbursed withing 14 days of receiving the cancellation order.
Human Ivory products are personalized goods and are therefore exempt from the usual 14 day cooling-off period which means that they cannot be reimbursed.
Warranty
Products that are shipped faulty or break within the warranty period of two years (after shipping) can be sent back and repaired or replaced free of charge. If none of the above is possible or economic, a reduced price may be offered or the product fully reimbursed. Only products that were handled with the required care are concerned by this warranty.
Prices
All product prices are subject to change without prior notice. The indicated prices are in Euro (€) and without value added tax (VAT) and don’t include shipping costs. Human Ivory prices as indicated in the product pages are approximate and a final price is sent to you in your quotation. Shipping cost depends on the product and the shipping destination and are therefore only displayed at the end of the booking process.
Payment
Payment of non-commissioned products are handled by stripe inc. and currently only payment via credit card is supported. If you desire to pay via a different mode, please contact us via the contact form.
